Broccoli & Cauliflower Casserole

Steam until tender (about 10 to 12 minutes):

1          -           bunch              broccoli (separated into flowerettes)

1          -           -                       cauliflower (separated into flowerettes)

Drain well and place vegetables in 1.5 quart ungreased casserole dish.

Beat together until smooth:

1          -           can                   cream of mushroom soup

                                                (or cream of broccoli soup)

-           1/4       cup                  milk

Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with:

-           1/2       cup                  shredded cheese

Mix until crumbly:

1          -           cup                  Bisquick

-           1/4       cup                  butter or margarine

Pour Bisquick mixture on top. Bake until light brown - about 20 minutes.


Temperature:  350º 
Time:             20 Minutes
Yield:             6 - 8 servings
